Compel In Africa

Compel Outreach International is an indigenous missions outreach established by Bill and Wendy Britt. Compel seeks to reach as many people as possible in as many places as possible with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Compel is on the ground, meeting the physical and spiritual needs of people all over the world. Compel Outreach rescues orphans, plants churches, educates children, trains local pastors and church leaders and conducts mass crusades.

Compel Crosby Home

The Compel Crosby Home, located in Kenya, is home to as many as 192 orphans, 12 house parents and 22 house parent children – for a total of 226! We also have a Director, Manager, Social Worker, Communications Manager, Maintenance / Grounds Keeper, 5 guards – as well as a doctor and PA who work part time for us – making sure there is a health care person available for our children every day.

Compel Hope Academy

Our CHA Primary School has an Administrator, Head Master, Secretary and 14 teachers. Each year we educate our orphans, house parent children and an average of 200 village children. We have a van driver that picks up children from the other side of the village and takes them home. The children from the village pay one half of the tuition that the government public schools charge. The parents stop paying when they have no funds – usually in about two to three months. However, Compel is committed to education and allows the children to stay. Compel created the Compel Hope Education Fund for donations toward tuition and school costs. Compel also conducts Fund Raisers in order to take care of the needs of the school.

Church Plants

Compel Outreach International has planted many churches across the continent of Africa. Compel not only helps construct church buildings, but also equips the pastors to lead the groups of believers meeting in those buildings. The vision of Compel is to continue to plant churches in order to reach the world for Jesus Christ!
